  • Is There an Order Minimum for the Signature Collection?

    We currently only do group orders with a minimum of 10 items.

  • What is the turnaround time for a Signature Collection order?

    Every Signature Collection order is custom-designed from real handwritten signature, and I currently operate as a one-person design studio while working full time. Because of that, turnaround time can vary depending on how many projects are in progress.

    Once we begin the design process, you'll receive a personalized timeline base on your groups needs. Your exact turnaround time will be discussed and confirmed before any work begins.

    Here is a Typical Flow:

    • Design Phase-After all signatures and details are submitted, your custom design is created within 3-5 business days
    • Ordering Window-Your group received a private ordering link that stays open for at least 1 week (longer if your group needs more time to order)
    • Production and printing-Once the ordering window closes, apparel moves into production, which typically takes 1-2 weeks.

    If you have a specific deadline (events, holidays, team celebrations), please let me know-I do my best to accommodate when possible.

  • What Apparel Options Do We Offer?

    We offer short sleeve/long sleeve t-shirts and crewnecks.

    We can also source other options (Quarter zips, hoodies, hats, etc.) upon request

  • What if I have an idea for a group order that isn't the Signature Collection

    At Charlotte Chic Creations, we love creating and helping ideas come to life! If you have a custom concept outside of the Signature Collection for your group (special artwork, one off designs), you are welcome to email CharChicCreations16@gmail.com, and we will let you know if we can take it based on current capacity.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Because our Signature Collection is custom-designed and made to order-we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

    However, if there is an issue with your order (printing error, wrong size sent, damanged item), email us within 10 days of delivery and we will make it right.

  • How do I care for and wash my custom shirt?

    To keep your custom design looking great, we recommend:

    -Turning the shirt inside out before washing

    -Machine wash cold with like colors

    -Use mild detergent (no bleach or fabric softeners)

    -Tumble dry on low or hang to dry

    -Do not iron directly on the design

    This helps preserve the print and fabric
