What is a presale?

A presale is a limited ordering window for a specific custom product. Orders are collected first, designs are finalized and approved, and then items are produced together once the presale closes.

When will my presale order ship?

Shipping timelines vary by presale. Once the presale closes and designs are approved, production begins. You’ll receive updates throughout the process.

How does the custom design process work?

After placing a custom presale order, you’ll email us a reference photo (or two!). Then you'll receive a digital proof via email typically in 3-5 business days). One round of minor revisions is included before production begins.

What if I don’t approve my design right away?

Timely approvals help keep production on schedule. Delays in approval may affect fulfillment timelines.

How do I submit my pet photo or details?

Email charchiccreations16@gmail.com with your photos and notes for custom orders. Use the order number at the subject line please!

How do group orders work?

Group orders begin with an inquiry. Once the inquiry is approved, a refundable design deposit is collected and the design process begins. Once the design is finalized, a proof will be sent to you for approval. Once approved, a private ordering link is shared with your group. The deposit is refunded upon the first order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many items are made to order or custom, returns and exchanges are limited. Please refer to the Shipping & Returns policy for full details.
